We are proud to announce the completion of construction and opening of the Cowboy Star Restaurant and Butcher Shop at 650 Tenth Ave. in the Gaslamp District. One of the most important parts of this project was to maintain the architecture of the original San Diego Art Glass & Mirror Works building in this historic area of downtown San Diego. This was a complete redesign and redevelopment that took the space from a glass factory to one of the best new additions to San Diego’s renowned culinary experience. From the state of the art kitchen to the custom interior no detail was overlooked to create a comfortable and elegant dining experience one is not soon to forget.

Core Energy Concepts’ focus is to provide specialized energy efficient and cost effective lighting and illumiantion solutions to new and existing private, commercial and governmental buildings and outdoor areas. By completing a simple lighting retrofit, energy usage (and cost) can be reduced 15-30%.
If that easy step is combined with viewing buildings and homes as an energy system, maintaining the “air barrier” and regularly maintaining heating and cooing systems, those savings can be upwards of 50% or more.
